I can remember the night I was awoken, by a loud crash. 

It was late at night,more like early morning, I thought it was a car acident right out front of my house.. I got up to look out my window and saw nothing out front in the street,so I looked out my side window facing Darryl's house and there was his truck up against the house!  I thought damn, he hit the house,tearing off the oil fill pipe, the phone/cable junction box!! 

He got out of his truck, obviously very drunk and stumbeled into his house.  I couldn't believe it!!  Shorly thereafter, the police arrived, again they woke me up by beating on his front door.  I figured our neighbor across the street called them, because they had heard the loud bang, and had a good view of his truck against the house and him falling, getting out of his truck.  

I'm not sure what the police did,once they got in his home, but I don't remember them arresting him.  I was once again left in awe, shaking my head in disbelief! 

The next day I saw the oil repairman at the house,replacing the oil fill and later the phone repair service arrived as well.  Later he explained to me he did over a $1000 dollars damage that night, coming home once again drunk!  It was another chapter in the soap opera of living next door to Darryl Hagar and thinking, what will it be next?
